Wellness offerings are a guide with an integrative approach - no add-ons/upcharges. 

As a provider in the healing arts, gratuity is simply not part of the Studio's philosophy of care. Respectfully, please honor this norm within the Healing Arts - Thank you.
 

IMPORTANT STUDIO DATES

The Studio will be closed Thursday May 22nd thru Sunday May 25th. The Studio will reopen Wednesday May 28th. 

ETIQUETTE & INTEGRITY 

When scheduling an appointment, you are first and foremost agreeing to the Studio's Etiquette & Integrity guidelines: 

1. The Studio is a member of ABMP Respect Massage - Zero Tolerance: any inappropriate/disrespectful language and/or behavior of any kind immediately terminates your session, and you are responsible for 100% of the service.
2. Wellness offerings are holistic and complementary. They are not to be perceived and/or construed as medical advice.
3. Payment is processed before the service begins.
   
4. Periodically, a medical clearance may be required from a primary/specialist provider for an appointment.
5. For optimal integrity of both client/practitioner; periodically a client may be referred to a specialist for optimum care. 
6. The Studio is a place of calm, quiet, and retreat, and a time to quiet the mind. Please remember to silence electronic devices. 
7. No recording/filming for social media is permitted, unless prior approval doing so is authorized from the Studio.

SCHEDULING 

A credit card is requested at the time of the scheduled appointment. The credit card on file is charged on the day of the appointment (all major credit cards are accepted). The card will not be charged when cash, a voucher or gift certificate is presented. 

Gift Certificates are available for purchase electronically. Kindly use within 1 year of purchase/receipt.

Spa Finder/Spa Wish Single Use and Reloadable Spa Finder Gift cards are accepted. Please mention this when making a reservation. 

Understanding that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life, and to be effective and fair to all clients, these scheduling guidelines/policies are in place: 

1. Client online scheduling is unavailable as it simply cannot capture the needs of each client. Reach out by phone/email.
2. Appointment reminder is sent 2 days before to confirm with an additional reminder 2 hours beforehand.
3. For new clients, an electronic intake form is to be completed before arriving to your scheduled session.

CANCELATION allow 24 hours to cancel your scheduled service. When not doing so, you are responsible for 50% of the service.

EARLY ARRIVALS If you happen to arrive greater than 15 minutes before your session, please wait until you are greeted. This approach gives consideration for those before you. 

LATE ARRIVAL When you arrive late, you are shortening your session. When 15 minutes is reached with no communication to the Studio, regretfully your appointment is automatically canceled. You are responsible for 100% of the service.

NO-SHOWS Anyone who consciously forgoes their appointment is responsible for 100% of the service. 

YOUTH UNDER 18: Children are always welcome in the Studio either as a visitor accompanying their parent/guardian or for a scheduled appointment (limited to select services). The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania requires a parent/legal guardian be present the entire duration of the youth's appointment.
