Reservation Info

Understanding that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life and to be effective and fair to all clients, these policies are in place :

Offerings are by appointment only, modified seasonally, no walk-in requests will be honored. A credit card is requested at time of your reservation. 

Early Arrivals : if you should arrive greater than 15 minutes before your reservation, it is requested that you wait until you are greeted. This purposeful approach continues the therapeutic benefits of wellness for those before you

Late Arrivals : when you arrive late, you are arriving late for your session and the reserved time cannot be extended. Should 15 minutes be reached without communication to the Studio, regretfully your appointment is automatically cancelled, and you are responsible for 100% of your scheduled service. 

Cancellation : please allow 24 hours to cancel your scheduled service. When not doing so, you are responsible for 50% of your scheduled service

No-Shows : anyone who consciously forgoes or forgets their appointment your are responsible for 100% of your scheduled service

Children/Youth : a parent/legal guardian must be present for the entire session for children/youth under age 18 years of age
